BOCES Librarians visit Goshen

As part of a professional learning course through Orange-Ulster BOCES, a group of librarians came to Goshen to see what offerings students have in our district’s libraries. The first stop on the tour was a Scotchtown Avenue Elementary School, where S.A.S’s Amy Gargiulo spoke to the group about structuring school library programming, grade level lessons, special library events and practical advice on how to promote the library districtwide.

Goshen is proud to offer opportunities to read and engage with our school libraries at all levels. See some photos from the tour of Scotchtown Avenue Elementary School here!
