Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are eagerly anticipating the upcoming Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2025 at Goshen High School, where we will gather to celebrate the remarkable achievements of your children. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 27 at 6:00 pm at the Goshen Coliseum.
However, considering the unpredictable nature of weather, we have taken the necessary steps to create a contingency plan in case of inclement conditions. Our top priority is to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all involved. If the need arises, the Graduation Ceremony will be relocated to the High School Gymnasium, while keeping the same date and starting time of Friday, June 27, at 6:00 pm. We have made arrangements to stream a simulcast of the ceremony in the auditorium for your convenience and a link will be available to live stream the event as well.
Rest assured, we will provide timely updates regarding any change in plans. By 3:00 pm on Friday, June 27, we will notify you through Parent Square if the ceremony will be moved indoors. Please be attentive to this important announcement.
We kindly request your understanding regarding space limitations in the gymnasium. In order to accommodate as many guests as possible, each graduate will be allowed to have four (4) guests attending the ceremony in the gymnasium. Additionally, we have arranged for an additional two (2) guests to view the ceremony via simulcast in the Roy Reese Auditorium.
