More than 40 students participated in Goshen High School’s Second Annual Instant Decision Day, an event organized by the Guidance Department to help students accomplish college application acceptances. Representatives from 16 colleges and universities visited the high school from November 3-7, where they met with students one-on-one, reviewed transcripts, and gave them an admission decision.
Instant Decision Day provided students with a free opportunity to meet with admissions representatives, foster a personal connection, work on their interview skills, and even be awarded scholarships. Students received acceptances to the following colleges and universities:
- Dominican University
- St. Thomas Aquinas College
- Ramapo College
- Iona University
- University of New Haven
- SUNY Orange
- Pace University
- Marist University
- Manhattan University
- SUNY Oswego
- SUNY Oneonta
- SUNY Cobleskill
- Mount Saint Mary College
