The Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Department is committed to improving the security, efficiency, and accessibility of our communication with families. As part of this commitment, beginning January 1, 2026, we will transition to a paperless, digital communication system known as the Frontline Education Collaboration Portal.
This secure online platform will be used for all official PPS documents related to Section 504 Plans and Special Education, including those requiring your review or signature.
What This Means for You
Starting January 1, 2026, if your child has an IEP or Section 504 Plan:
- PPS will no longer send documents via U.S. mail.
- All official documents will be delivered exclusively through the Frontline Education Collaboration Portal.
- Digital notifications may include, but are not limited to:
- Electronic copies of your child’s IEP or 504 Plan
- Consents
- Amendments
- Progress notes
- Meeting invitations
- All documents previously mailed will now be available only on the portal.
How You Will Be Notified
You will receive an email from Frontline Education whenever a document is ready for review or electronic signature.
To access your document:
- Open the email and click the blue “Open” button.
- Enter your secure Access Code, which is:
- The first three letters of your child’s last name (ALL CAPS)
- Your child’s date of birth (MMDDYYYY)
- Review and sign the document electronically, then submit.
- You may download or print any documents for your records at any time.
