The Goshen High School Cross Country team will host Parents Night Out from 6-8 p.m. Nov 21 at United Martial Arts Center (UMAC), 5036 NY-17M, New Hampton. Children ages 4 and up can enjoy martial arts, games, pizza and fun. No experience required. Spots are $35 and are limited. All proceeds benefit the cross country team.
