The Goshen Central School District is proud to communicate its students’ achievements and school/classroom activities to the local community. Goshen students are often featured on the district website, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), in printed newsletters, and press releases to local newspapers.
Your child’s name, photograph, and information such as grade and teacher, may be shared to showcase his or her achievements and/or participation in school events/activities.
Please fill out this form ONLY if you DO NOT WANT your child’s name and photo featured on the district website, social media, and other district public relations. Filling out this form will not exclude students from honor roll lists, yearbooks, or live streams (permissions will be gained separately).
