School closure extended through April 29, June Regents cancelled

In his daily press conference on Monday, April 6, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that he has extended class cancellation through April 29 in continued response to the spread of COVID-19. June Regents examinations are cancelled as well.

Like other school districts throughout the state,  we are waiting for the governor to issue his formal executive order regarding the extended closure and will announce details once they become available.
