Goshen Intermediate School students are making Valentine’s Day a little sweeter for some local senior citizens.

Students created homemade Valentine’s Day cards that will be delivered to seniors throughout Orange County as part of the Office of the Aging’s Home Delivered Meal Program that provides meals to older citizens who may be home bound or have little or no family support.

Fifth Grade Teacher Debra Gonzales worked with Janette Mercedes from the Office of the Aging to fulfill this kind gesture. The students created more than 100 cards.
