Search underway for Scotchtown Avenue principal position

District officials are in the process of searching for a new principal for Scotchtown Avenue Elementary School.

Previous principal, Dr. Gregory Voloshin, is now serving as the district’s director of personnel. Henry Freedman, elementary coordinator for Scotchtown Avenue and Goshen Intermediate School, will serve as interim principal until a permanent replacement is appointed.

Applications are being accepted until September 30. Candidate interviews will be held October 15-17 with an anticipated start date by late December 2019/early January 2020.
