Each year, Scotchtown Avenue Elementary School students participate in Jump Rope for Heart during physical education classes, where they learn about their hearts while helping raise money for the American Heart Association.
This year, students raised $5,807 for heart health awareness and research. They participated in a number of jump rope and jumping activities and got their hearts pumping!
