AD Letter: Presentation a “must see” if pursuing college athletics

Dear Parents and Families of Goshen Athletics,

While Goshen Central School District proudly sends many of its student-athletes to college to further their academic and athletic careers, participating in college-level athletics is a difficult task. This is partly due to the immense work, dedication, and commitment college athletics requires, but also partly because of the difficulties navigating the college recruiting process successfully.

On February 26, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Goshen Intermediate School, Goshen Athletics will host Jack Renkens, founder of Recruiting Realities, an organization committed to informing high school athletes about the college recruitment process. Mr. Renkens is a former college scout, former college coach, and nationally recognized speaker who now dedicates himself to exposing the myths and presenting the realities of the athletic recruiting process.

This is a must-see presentation for any and all our student-athletes and their families who are interested in pursuing athletics at the college level. We look forward to seeing you there.
