View important information about snow days

To date, the district has used four snow days due to inclement weather and poor road conditions. Two additional snow days are still available in case winter weather continues.

If the district should need to use more than its two remaining snow days, it will need to “take back” certain vacation days to ensure that students attend 180 days of school, as required by law.

The “take back” days are, in order:

  • Friday, May 25 (Memorial Day weekend)
  • Monday, April 2 (spring recess)
  • Monday, March 26 (spring recess)

Any changes in the school calendar due to “take back” days will be communicated to parents and employees via the district website, SchoolMessenger and social media.
