The Goshen Central School District is proud to communicate its students’ academic and athletic achievements, as well as classroom activities and school events, to the local community. District happenings are featured via a number of communication tools, including the district website, social media, printed and electronic newsletters, e-mail messages, and press releases to local newspapers.
Your child’s name, photograph and information may be shared to showcase his or her participation in such activities.
If you do NOT want your child’s photo and/or name to be featured via district public relations in the 2017-18 school year, please complete the Student Publicity Restriction Form and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher or school main office by Friday, September 15. If you do not fill out the form, you grant permission for your child’s information to be shared.
This form was mailed as part of your child’s back-to-school packet. Please note this form does not cover school yearbooks or honor roll lists.
