We are working on learning how to read and write these words quickly and accurately.  Please practice them at home with your child.  We have been using whiteboards to write our words and using the SmartBoard.  If you can purchase a whiteboard to use at home I'm sure your child will really enjoy it.  Some other ways your child can practice these words are:

  • Write the words in shaving cream.

  • Write the words on a Magna Doodle.

  • Write the words in rice or sand on a cookie sheet.

  • Write the words on Post-It Notes, placing them around your house/or bedroom, using a flashlight to shine on words you designate.

  • Write the words with your eyes closed then check it.
