The Goshen Central School District College in the High School Program gives high-achieving students the opportunity to earn college credits at a discounted price. The courses are held during the evening and are offered from SUNY Orange.

Our Mission

  • Provide opportunity (in addition to AP) for low-cost college credit on our campus
  • Challenge high-achieving upperclassmen
  • Help students and families shorten the time and reduce the expense of college
  • Help students smooth the transition from high school to college

Program Description

  • Evening SUNY Orange courses for high-achieving seniors and exceptional juniors
  • Students pay only $40 per credit (2007-08)
  • Credits are transferable to all SUNY colleges and most four-year schools nationwide

Courses Available

  • Freshman English I (three credits)
  • Freshman English II (three credits)
  • Elementary Italian I (three credits)
  • Elementary Italian II (three credits)

Weekly Schedule

  • Office: 3:30-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday
  • Classes: 4-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday
  • Library: 4-6:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
