An Executive Session meeting of the Board of Education of the Goshen Central School District, Orange County, New York, was held in the Conference Room at the Main Street School, on Monday, January 10, 2005 at 6 p.m. for the purpose of matters made exempt under Federal Law Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act.

Meeting called to order at 6:07 PM

Motion to appoint Margo L. May as Clerk Pro Tem.
Moved: Martha Bogart

Vote: 6-0

Motion to convene executive session for the purpose of discussing matters made private under federal law - Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (§3214 appeal)
Moved: Marty Knapp
Seconded: Anthony Millich
Vote: 6-0

Executive Session convened at 6:09 PM

Mr. Knapp excused himself from executive session and left at 6:12 PM.

Motion to reconvene open meeting at 8:30 PM

Marty Knapp returned at 8:30 PM
Motion:
Be It Resolved that the Board hereby adopts the Findings of Fact and Penalty Recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools from the §3214 hearing held on November 10, 2004, regarding Student No. 1110; and Be It Further Resolved, that the Board President is hereby authorized to sign the Board Determination on behalf of the Board of Education; and Be It Further Resolved, that the Board Clerk is directed to mail the Board Determination to the student’s parents.
