GOSHEN CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
BOARD OF EDUCATION

A special meeting of the Members of the Board of
Education of the Goshen Central School District,
Orange County, New York, will be held in the
Board Room at the Main Street School on Monday,
May 22, 2006, at 6:15 p.m. to award the bid for
the demolition of the Main Street Annex.
Present Mr. Steven Esposito, President
Mrs. Judy Green, Vice President

Superintendent of Schools Mr. Roy Reese
Assistant Superintendent for Business Mr. Joseph

Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum Mrs.
Jane Unhjem
Assistant Principal: Mr. Kent Maslin
Director of Buildings & Grounds Mr. Jim Riely
The special meeting was called to order by Mr.
Steve Esposito, President, at 6:16 p.m.
On a motion by Judy Green and seconded by Martha
Bogart, the Board of Education the Board of
Education approves the Award of Bid to Mazzocchi
Wrecking, in the amount of $68,850 for the MST
Annex Panelfab Demolition, SED Permit #05-1018,
pending verification of references provided by
Mazzocchi Wrecking prior to contract signing.

Mr. Reese mentioned that a contractor has three
days to present references. Mr. Riley mentioned
that he has had experience with this contract
and his reputation.
Michael Stroka entered the meeting at 6:19 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m. on a
motion by Martha Bogart and seconded by Michael
Stroka to go into Executive Session with no
intent to return for the purpose of work history
of particular employees.
