MOTION TO RECONVENE THE OPEN MEETING OF APRIL 17, 2008

Motion to reconvene the open meeting at 10:35 p.m. Moved by Robert Kish, seconded by Al Watson, unanimous vote of the Board members present, absent are Steve Esposito and Michael Stroka.

Motion to appoint Judy Green as Clerk Pro Tem. Moved by Martha Bogart, seconded by James Kimiecik. All in favor, unanimous vote.

Motion to adjourn the open meeting at 10:36 p.m. Moved by Robert Kish, seconded by Al Watson. Vote - unanimous.
