An Executive Session of the Members of the Board of Education of the Goshen Central School District will be held in the Conference Room at the Main Street School at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2008, for the purpose of medical, financial, credit, or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person(s) or corporation.

The meeting was called to order by Judy Green at 7:00 p.m. on a motion by Martha Bogart and seconded by Steve Esposito.

Meeting adjourned on a motion by Steve Esposito and seconded by Michael Stroka at 8:45 p.m.
