The Citizens’
Budget Advisory Committee is in its third year of
existence at the Goshen Central School District.
The committee is
composed of volunteers from the community who
assemble to help develop the budget for the 2007-08
school year and bring a citizen’s perspective to
budget planning.
Members review
teach proposed budget for the individual buildings
and departments in the district once they are
presented to the Board of Education. The group is
then able to make recommendations to the Board of
Education regarding the educational and economic
impact of the proposed spending plan. |
