GHS
names Physical Education Students of the
Month for April

The
Physical Education Department at Goshen
Central High School has named its Physical
Education Students of the Month for April.
Students were nominated by their physical
education teachers to receive this honor.
Each student received a T-shirt.
“These students were nominated because of
their enthusiasm and interest in physical
education,” said Physical Education Teacher
Mike Turi.
The Physical Education Students of the Month
for April are Mike Riepma, nominated by
Physical Education Teacher Gus Lawson for
his participation in badminton; Tyler
Swingle, nominated by Physical Education
Teacher Robert McIntee for his participation
in weight training; Patrick Taggart,
nominated by Physical Education Teacher
Kathryn Magid for his participation in
tennis; Kaitlyn Urato, nominated by Physical
Education Teacher Joanne Reiser for her
participation in badminton; and Lea Della
Vecchia, nominated by Physical Education
Teacher Mike Turi for her participation in
badminton.
